Bandar Kinrara MV 1&2, Indaman Homes
I have to clarify that this ain’t a property review. The purpose of this post is, to share my research and thought for the recent launch which has caught my eye.


I&P is going to launch their latest phase named MV1&2 in their prominent township here at Puchong. I just back from their sales office and I was there at 11.45pm. To my surprise, there are roughly 20 people queuing there! It is incredible and I actually doubt we are amidst the economic downturn. But then, there must be something very appealing till one would queue overnight to fight for a unit.
The launching date of this MV 1&2 is set on 25 April 09 morning. Because of unit allocation is on first-come-first-serve basis, potential buyers are queueing up a day earlier so to pick their favourite unit. There are total 40 units up to grab which consist of 34 units of 2-storey terrace & 6 of units 2-storey semi-D. For this launch, no doubt it will sell like hot cakes again like previous launch, 9A4 Spektra, 2 years back.
MV 1&2 is on a small plot located in BK2. The site is surrounding by existing development which introduced by developer a decade ago. Am not too sure the background of the land, source from hearsay telling that they actually demolished the old show houses to give way to this developement.
Location
No doubt, MV 1&2 is situated at a strategy location which make it easy to access from Puchong-Sungai Besi highway. With the advantage of sitting in the middle of Puchong and Bukit Jalil, one only takes an approximately 4km travel to heart of Puchong and Bukit Jalil. By the way, the road connecting to Jalan Puchong which leading to OUG has made this project even more brilliant.
Amenities
Bandar Kinrara is a matured township. Giant is in walking distance, less than 100 meter, to be exact. Primary and secondary schools are within short distance too.
Future
The proposed LRT station is just a stone throw away though the proposal is put off until 2013. Even the LRT station is not ready in this stage, one should reach the LRT stations in Sri Petaling and Bukit Jalil in a short drive. Upcoming Kinrara Mas and theZest will then increase the population which can add spark to this area eventually.
Price
Price is starting from RM389,888. As usual there are a few types to choose. There are 24 types in 4 rows which has total 40 units in this development. Shock to see so many variety? Again, this is their common practice to target different type of buyers.
